JASTI主动处理RoHS2违禁物质。
2015年6月,欧盟委员会发布了一个命名为(EU)2015/863的新指令来修改了 RoHS 2 (Directive 2011/65/EU)的附件二以增加下面四种邻苯二甲酸盐:
- ・ Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)
- ・ Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP)
- ・ Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
- ・ Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)
上述这四种邻苯二甲酸化合物,在日本被广泛用作聚氯乙烯增塑剂,而欧盟的新RoHS2法规将在2019年后施行。
JASTI在过去曾使用DINP材料作为聚氯乙烯的增塑剂,虽然DINP材料目前并不在法规所列的违禁材料列表中,但是我们考虑到DINP材料可能会在将来被添加进法规所列违禁材料中去,出于这个原因,我们弃用了DINP,将聚氯乙烯增塑剂的材料改为没有任何酸性气体产生的材料。这则讯息在JASTI 2017版的产品手册中有被提到。
目前,JASTI使用的聚氯乙烯增塑剂材料是没有任何酸性气体产生的环保材料,并且产品的重量和硬度仍然可以达到法规图纸的要求值。

Specifications
The hardness of lumbar spine is an important factor which affects the movement of the upper part of dummy and the impact value on ribs. For the reason, we have been testing lumbar spine (for Hybrid-III 50th, Hybrid-III 5F, 6-year-old, 3-year-old dummies…etc) on a Torso bending test equipment to observe and record the bending characteristics of upper torso.
As the lumbar spine of Hybrid-III 50th is in a curve shape, it is necessary for controlling the hardness of the rubber in that we control the performances.
